Tioman Island : Photo Diary

I was itching for another snorkeling trip since coming back from Lombok. Hence, the impromptu trip on off days. Initial plan was just for two, but then Alep came back from his trip and Iyas got the green light to skip school. The more the merrier. The weather was rather nice, only rained after we were done with snorkeling and just before we leave for home on the last day. It's been almost a decade since the last visit. I can't really recall much from the last trip to compare it with this round. Though, tt might have been nicer back then, the corals aren't as colourful, most of it looks dead to be exact. Or maybe we were just swimming at the wrong spots. Putting that aside, everything else was good (say hello to tan lines). Living on an island seems so carefree. All you do is eat, swim, nap by the beach under the tree (oh yassss), trek to the rockfall, eat again then head back to the room for bed. Away from all the bustling crowd, everyone seems so chilled and there was no need to rush to anywhere.
