
I had a long walk home after school. It's good if you want to think or get things off your mind. Not that I got a lot on my mind but everyone needs that alone time for themselves. Enjoy the weather. Enjoy the wind. Enjoy the music playing from your ipod or phone. Hum along to your favourite song. Take a break. Take a puff if you need to. Watch the children playing happily at the playground with their friends. Watch the cars pass by. Continue walking. Walk as fast or as slow as you like. Smile to random joggers on the same pavement. Sweat it out. And when you reach home, take a long cold shower or hot, which ever you prefer. It will feel better afterwards. If all else fails, at least you burn some calories from your lunch.
